Charles Eames once said, “Design is a plan for arranging elements in such a way as best to accomplish a particular purpose.” That’s pretty close to how I see my work: shaping products, teams, processes, and experiences so they work better as a whole.

Education and experience

My professional path has developed from design craft to leadership. Most of my experience is in the following areas: Design Leadership, CreativeOps, Visual and Brand Design, UX/UI.

I’ve studied visual design at the British Higher School of Art & Design (Moscow), learned from design legends like Vladimir Chaika and Boris Trofimov, and explored the roots of calligraphy at the European Lettering Institute (Brugge) — because apparently, I like when things look beautiful.

Then I got curious about how ideas impact business and scale, so I dove into leadership, innovation, product management and strategy at the Higher School of Business, HSE (Moscow) and beyond. I also completed a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Greenwich (London).

Design taught me how to create. Business taught me what’s worth creating. Today, I bring the two together to build scalable products, guide teams and make deliberate decisions about what gets built and why.

Hobbies

I'm curios about exploring the crossroads of design, psychology, and leadership. When I'm not working, you'll find me reading, traveling, or diving deep into understanding how everything works - from life to business.

Currently I work as Director of Product (Gaming, 2022 – Present) and responsible for 25+ creative people and 20+ games in parallel.

Charles Eames once said, “Design is a plan for arranging elements in such a way as best to accomplish a particular purpose.” That pretty much sums it up — not just for design as a craft, but for leadership as a strategic discipline.

My professional path has developed from design craft to leadership. Most of my experience is in the following areas: Design Leadership, CreativeOps, Visual and Brand Design, UX/UI.
